Pledge support to help end Child Sexual Exploitation
Friday March 18th marked National Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) Awareness Day.
The young women involved in our Feeling Safe Project at Valley House joined the campaign to increase awareness of CSE in their own unique way. They responded to the #HelpingHands campaign by writing messages on their hands and pledging to speak out, share with others what they had learnt about sexual exploitation and grooming and tell people where to find help.
The Telegraph has recently reported that 177 children in Coventry are now considered at risk of child sexual exploitation. If you would like to add your voice to the local campaign, you can Support The Pledge with Coventry City Councils Horizon Team here.
